Shadow - breaking free

I looked through some old, OLD Sonic fan-comics that I made back in the days (from when I was 13 to 15 years old I think), and I found this comic of Shadow that was kind of cool, at least parts of it had potential.. It starts with Shadow breaking free from Eggman's chains (metaphorically) and then uses his powers (he's got these really neat powers in this comic) and blows up the entire base. BUT - there are a lot of explosive things in the base/lab/thingy and these huge barrels explode without Shadow being fast enough to create a barrier to protect himself, and so Shadow gets badly injured. I'd done a really gory and detailed illustration of that actually.. *snicker*
he blacks out and wakes up in a bed in Knotville, all bandaged and stuff; he was rescued by Tails and Sonic. And this is where things get really stupid, so if I decide on recreating this comic, I'll definitely change a lot of things.

but I wanna draw the page where Shadow gets blown up. *giggle* I've kinda missed drawing some blood and gore >:]



but yes, this drawing is of Shadow in his little glass prison. Plotting something evil...
