This is a very well drawn picture. Personally I haven't really watched this show (yet... >D everyone's like "watch it, watch iiiit!") but I have seen art about it and I know how the characters look like... Edward looks amazing here *_*

I also just can't stop staring at the shading you did here o.o wow... especially the shading on the face... his nose and lips are shaded perfectly!!!
I personally believe that soft shading on pictures with characters having their anime characteristics (big eyes, round faces) is pretty difficult... but you seem to have done something between cell shading and softer shading... it gives a very nice feeling to the picture. Not too soft, not too rough. It comes closer to realistic colouring which, for me, is very good <3
I like the way you can see Ed's left eye under his hair :3 it keeps the feeling of his serious expression.
My favourite part of this is, like you have mentioned on the title, the feeling of the wind. It gives the picture a very nice atmosphere and it also gives... motion. I love the way his hair shows the direction of the wind
Very nice picture, it's wondefully drawn and coloured! It's pretty simple but it has so many things to stare at. I love your art, keep it up!!
