I don't think I've ever spent this long on a background... o_O
This drawing, including sketching, took about 2 and a half hours to do..
I should have posted this in my other account (

About this drawing, well... I've been fascinated by cage fighting for a long time, and kinda wanted to draw a scene from some fictive cage fight, and so I drew Spike in one. Poor fella, I torture him a lot...
uhm, what else is there to say...? *shrug* aw well... XD
enjoy, and don't steal or alter in any way, lol..

Vision Originality
Technique ImpactFirst of all, I love the atmosphere of this drawing. It looks muddy, harsh and what you'd expect from a cage fight. I love the effect of blood on the walls, floors and the character's fur especially.
The pose is also done well here, the eyes and body specifically.
A small detail with the top of the cage, it's hard to tell if those are people or barbed wire. Also the trousers the character appears to be wearing are a little hard to see, but it's a minor detail.
The technique in colouring you've used is also very interesting and adds to the cold harsh atmosphere of the cage fight.
